At Tabor Design Build, we truly believe that people’s lives are transformed by their environment. After all, the home is where most people spend a good majority of their time. Your home is your sanctuary –an extension of who you are, reflecting your personality, style and individuality. Our corporate mission is to positively transform people’s lives through home renovation and remodeling. The first step to an exceptional home remodeling experience is active listening. In order to transform your life, we need to capture your vision and make it real, before we can build it
Our President, John Tabor, personally monitors your project to ensure that his high standards for achieving customer satisfaction are met. Since the majority of our work comes from referrals, we realize that our future depends on exceeding our client’s expectations. We’re not happy until you are.
Tabor Design Build takes complete responsibility for your entire project – from initial design to final clean up. We’re dedicated to providing you with a stress-free remodeling experience, surprise-free pricing and exceptional craftsmanship that is unparalleled within the home remodeling industry.
Meticulous Planning and Scheduling
Careful planning and tight scheduling are the keys to making sure your project runs smoothly with minimal disruption to your family. Our meticulous attention to pre-planning and scheduling details, allows us to finish projects much faster than our industry norm. Some companies spend a year on projects that we can easily finish in two months with proper planning. We provide you with a copy of the production schedule in calendar format. We find that this greatly reduces everyone’s stress level by knowing what is expected to happen on each day of the job.
Attention to Detail
Our construction agreement lists every material and fixture that will be installed on your home remodeling or renovation project, down to the last finish. We provide you with as many options as possible, so that you control the final price. Our typical construction agreement for an addition averages twelve pages long. Ask us for a sample and see for yourself, just how thorough we are.
At Tabor Design, we have the highest regard for integrity. Our customers know they can rely on us to mean what we say and follow through on what we promise. When we give you a price quote, you can be assured that we have put the time into assessing exactly how much you will be paying for your home renovation project. In an article appearing in Remodeling Magazine, featuring Tabor Design Build, the author mentions how our construction agreement even includes a section of “not included” items. These are the options that may have been presented to you during design meetings, which you choose not to include in your ultimate home vision. Any initial worries on the part of our customers are put to rest through our painstaking attention to pre-planning and honest communication.
Our warranty is 36 pages long. Quality is a widely used term that means many different things to different people. Quality is seldom defined or measured. Our 36 page warranty comprehensively defines our level of quality so that everyone can agree on what constitutes quality. Please feel free to ask us for a copy.
Trained and Certified Employees
At Tabor Design Build, we believe that it is not enough for our employees to simply know how to do the work; we expect them to be highly trained, qualified, and certified. After all, you have entrusted us with improving not just your home, but the lives of everyone living in your home for years to come. That is why we insist that our permanent staff is not only expertly trained and well qualified, but tested and certified according to national industry standards, so that we can feel confident that they are among the best in the business.
