Decisions and Reasons

Life is filled with numerous decisions and equally as many reasons not to make them. How true this is within the remodeling industry. The thing I hear from my clients most often; “We haven’t decided to move forward,” followed by a reason why. In recent days, I’ve found myself caught in this very cycle. Do I remodel now? Maybe I should wait until the summer. Believe me, I understand how daunting this decision is to make.

I could have continued to conjure up a number of reasons to justify not making the decision to build. However, I made the choice not to allow these reasons to affect my decision making ability in areas of my personal happiness. After all, the prospect of enjoying a newly remodeled space is very fulfilling. Many homeowners feel the same way. You have worked hard. Enjoy the fruits of your labor and make your house, your sanctuary.

To build or not to build, that is the decision. I’ve listed a few of reasons I had or have heard from clients deciding not to build. I have also included reasoning why they should move forward.
