The Stone family felt their kitchen was outdated. They wanted something more spacious and contemporary and were particularly interested in using green products wherever possible. We carefully removed all cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures and appliances from the old kitchen and donated them to two needy families. We also removed the hardwood flooring and stored it for later installation in the family’s basement. We took many of the other materials to recycling facilities or set them aside for later use.
