Kitchen Before Remodeling The new kitchen is modern and bold with special features added to accommodate an ancient tradition. The kitchen sink and dishwasher were relocated to one tip of a generous work triangle. The room's only window was moved to above the new kitchen sink, which allows for cabinets and countertop with a view of the yard. The kitchen has light maple cabinets with brushed nickel accents, dark granite countertops and sleek black appliances balanced by a neutral ceramic tile floor. New recessed and pendant lights in addition to a warm sunny yellow wall color make this kitchen shine.
