Lindquist/Stanley Rear Addition

The Problem: This house had hardly any entertainment space. A dysfunctional rear addition with no heat or insulation, was built on the back of this house by the previous owner. It needed to be removed before the new living space could be added. Two large maple trees were right next to the existing rear addition.

The Solution: The new L shaped addition was carefully built around two maple trees so as not to disturb their fragile root structure.
